Logistics & Inventory Executive

We are seeking an experienced and organized Logistics & Inventory Executive with strong expertise in FMCG / Medical / Retail operations to oversee warehouse activities, inventory control, and stock management across warehouse and retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

🔸Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

🔸Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across warehouse and retail shops.

🔸Coordinate stock replenishment and transfers between warehouse and retail outlets.

🔸Maintain proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO methods where applicable.

🔸Track damaged, expired, and slow-moving items, and report accordingly.

🔸Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.

🔸Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.

🔸Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily workflow.

🔸Prepare inventory, stock movement, and operational reports for management.

🔸Support retail teams in maintaining optimal stock levels and product availability.

Requirements:

🔸Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in FMCG / Medical / Retail industry.

🔸Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and retail stock management.

🔸High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and stock analysis.

🔸Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Odoo, Oracle or ERPNext.

🔸Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

🔸Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
